What Is a Sound Bath?
¿Qué es un Baño de Sonido?
A sound bath is a guided, immersive experience where you are invited to lie down comfortably and be bathed in therapeutic sound frequencies.
Using instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs and chimes, the session is designed to:
• Regulate the nervous system
• Support deep rest and recovery
• Release stored tension and stress
• Improve sleep quality
• Create space for emotional processing
No experience is necessary. You simply lie down, get comfortable and receive.

Utilizando cuencos de cristal, gong y otros instrumentos vibracionales, la sesión está diseñada para:
