BRAND

Hi, I’m Becca!

I’m a retreat space creator, a yoga teacher, sound healer and brand consultant for those working in the world of wellness.

And I’m on a mission to build community, through inclusive spaces that create a sense of belonging.

UPCOMING WORKSHOPS

REGGAE FLOW YOGA.

Inspired by my father's Jamaican heritage, Reggae Flow Yoga is a beginner-friendly yoga class set to soulful rhythms that will uplift your spirit and relax your mind. Let the reggae beats guide your movements.

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this session is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

YIN YOGA.

My offerings are all designed to create space. A Yin Yoga practice focuses on the deep release of connective tissues of the body - tendons, ligaments and fascia. Postures are held for longer than most yoga practices, around 3-5 minutes, and are often supported by props, like blankets, blocks, and bolsters; we end the practice in a relaxing Shavasana accompanied by the sound of the Gong.

Open to all abilities and experience levels. A chair can be provided for those with limited mobility.

SOUND BATH.

Sound Bath Meditation is the practice of clearing the mind and deepening relaxation using live sound and music. This workshop begins with an introductory fifteen minutes of gentle breathwork, followed by sixty minutes of pure relaxation. You'll be lying down (or seated if you prefer) with the option of using cushions, blankets and eye masks to enhance your relaxed state.

BRAND CONSULTING.

Somewhere along the way, ‘wellness’ became inaccessible and alienating for the majority. In many cases, the wellness world now causes more harm than good. I’m here to show teachers, studios and space holders how they can ensure their offerings are accessible, anti-racist, pro-unity and support social justice. Because yoga is both on and off the mat.

I have worked in brand and events for some of the world’s largest fitness brands, including Lululemon and Gymshark, working closely with Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) professionals, alongside facilitators from marginalised communities.

My mission is to create spaces where people of all ethnicities, genders, backgrounds and abilities feel welcomed and like they belong.

“The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.”
