Sound Bath.

Lie down. Close your eyes. Relax. The instruments act as a sound healing tool, good for your physical, emotional, and spiritual body. No actual baths involved.

Sound bath meditation uses the frequencies and vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls and other instruments to help your brain reach deep relaxation and rejuvenation. By altering our state of consciousness through sound, we can transform our relationship with ourself, and with the world around us.

I am a certified sound meditation teacher with yoga alliance, specialising in creating soundscapes for altered states and I’m passionate about our capability to heal through vibration. Sound takes us on a journey back to ourselves and to a place of stillness - hard to find in the busyness of the world.

A Yin Yoga practice focuses on the deep release of connective tissues of the body - tendons, ligaments and fascia. Postures are held for longer than most yoga practices, around 3-5 minutes, and are often supported by props, like blankets, blocks, and bolsters; we end the practice in a relaxing Shavasana accompanied by the sound of the Bowls.

A Flow Yoga practice is a dynamic practice that flows from one pose to another, using the breath to unite mind, body and movement. Through strengthening and stretching postures, you’ll leave feeling relaxed and restored.

Open to all abilities and experience levels. A chair can be provided for those with limited mobility.
